Over the last 7 years I have had the pleasure of working with many of the caregivers and management. 360 spends ample amount of time training their staff and making sure they are well prepared for the job at hand. As an administrator I have always been impressed by their flexibility and adaptability when doing private care within our community. They go above and beyond to be respectful to house staff and care for the resident at hand. The management team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, forward thinking problem solvers. I have called at all hours to help families within my community and those not quite ready but needing a helping hand at home to keep them safe and comfortable. 360 is always ready to jump into action and create a plan to help. When it comes to home care needs, 360 is always my first call/ referral!

As employee I can honestly say this is a fantastic company, the compassion, and detail they provide to clients and employees is outstanding. I’ve worked for many companies and by far I’ve never experienced a company who genuinely appreciates their employees the way they do. They gave me a chance to continue my education with beautiful generosity and support. I’m extremely thankful to have found them. Keep shining your light you guys are doing fantastic!!

To say that I was impressed with the level of professionalism and care that my Mom Marie received from this agency would be an understatement. Her caregiver Beth became part of our family and was so kind, thoughtful and all around the very best person we could have had to care for our Mom. It allowed us to keep her in her home, for that we are grateful. I highly recommend 360 to anyone considering this type of care for their loved ones.
