I had them come to take care of a family member who had dementia , they were very caring above and beyond what was expected! I would recommend this company very highly!

This is the absolute best caregiving company that I have had the opportunity to work for. The owners of the company and the director are doing this for all of the right reasons. The caregivers are highly skilled and have so many different areas of expertise. Overall, I cannot recommend 360 SHS enough.

As an employee, SHS maintains a commendable working environment. Clients, families, and employees are all treated with the utmost respect and dignity. I wholeheartedly recommend SHS. As an employee I find it very interesting and very important for the entire team to have a friendly and respectful conversation about the job and they also respect each and every one when it comes to work related issues. They are very supportive and easy to work with. Clients are wonderful too!!!! And that’s what it matter, when everyone supports and respects each other!!!!

I’ve learned so much working here for the last year. I truly love working with my clients and helping to make their lives better. 360 is very flexible and accommodating as I even went to orientation on a different day that worked better for me. Judy the owner is compassionate and goes out of her way to help you if you have any problems.

To say that I was impressed with the level of professionalism and care that my Mom Marie received from this agency would be an understatement. Her caregiver Beth became part of our family and was so kind, thoughtful and all around the very best person we could have had to care for our Mom. It allowed us to keep her in her home, for that we are grateful. I highly recommend 360 to anyone considering this type of care for their loved ones.

360 SHS is very flexible to accommodate the needs of the clients! Judy Loubier she was inspired to start the business when she found it difficult to find home health care for her parents!
