About 360 SHS
We are a home care company in Bedford, New Hampshire, specializing in a complete circle of care for clients.
We started our family business nine years ago after witnessing our loved ones struggle with aging. We felt there had to be a better way to offer home care services, so we jumped into action.
Our services include rendering assistance at home, in the community, and with post-hospital care. Our registered nurses and caregivers are trained to provide Dementia and Alzheimer’s care, medication management, and personal care to clients.
We service clients across New Hampshire, primarily around Southern New Hampshire and the Seacoast. Our main office in Bedford, NH, is open between 9 am and 5 pm, but we answer the phones twenty-four hours, seven days a week.
The 360 SHS Difference
We are proud to be the first home care company in the state of New Hampshire to get a Home Health License, which allows us to administer and manage medications. In addition, we accept Medicaid as payment to ensure that if clients run out of money, they can continue their service with us.
One aspect that makes our service second to none is that we match the ideal caregiver to our clients to maximize socialization. To achieve this objective, we consider the clients’ needs and the previous work of the caregiver we’re pairing them with. We only choose caregivers who we feel have the proper credentials and attitude towards the elderly and recovering.
What also sets us apart is that we are the only home care company in the state that puts sole focus on a complete circle of care. It enables our clients’ families to have the peace of mind that their loved ones will enjoy freedom and happiness in a safe environment.
One of our most significant achievements has been winning the Home Care Pulse’s 2018 Home Care Provider of Choice award. We also have an in-house caregiver of the month accolade to reward and recognize the efforts of our top-performing employees.
Our dream for the future is to continue to grow and serve more of the elderly population in New Hampshire. In this endeavor, we are constantly trying to improve and innovate the home care experience.
We also believe in giving back to society. As part of that belief, our owner, Judy Loubier, and our Director of Community Relations, Mitchell Ilacqua, have traveled to Washington D.C. to advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association. It includes supporting The Longest Day and The Walk To End Alzheimer’s events.
