I’m Judy Loubier, the proud owner and executive director of 360 SHS.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I was a practicing physical therapist for thirty-three years when my mother suddenly had a stroke. It was a life-changing situation for the whole family as we had to make some tough decisions.

I soon realized that many families faced similar challenges, and there was a need for quality home care services which focused on client relationships. It inspired me to set up a caregiver facility in Bedford, New Hampshire, in 2012.

Over the past nine years, I’ve ensured that building relationships are still the foundation of my model. However, my business has expanded to offer comprehensive services that serve clients with more complex medical needs.

Maintaining extensive hours and managing medications enables my team to help clients return from the hospital or rehab and remain at home. Taking the time to make them feel comfortable is the key.

I love listening to my patients’ stories, family history, and the things that make them unique, as each experience is something I can learn from and helps me improve my patient-centered care.

It includes working with empathy and as an individual.

Moreover, I believe what sets me apart is that I treat every client and caregiver like a family member. Therefore, I’m proud to have a fantastic team that shares my core values and has something unique to offer.

I also attribute my success to putting God first and staying true to my vision of being a blessing to others by rendering the best possible care. It pays off in abundance.

We often receive handwritten notes from family members after our clients pass away stating how we made a difference for their loved ones and the entire family. These touching acknowledgments make all the long hours worthwhile.

When I’m not organizing assisted living for clients, I enjoy hiking with my dogs, snowshoeing, and rowing in a single skull that is eleven inches wide. Apart from this, my favorite activity has to be visiting my four grandchildren.

I’m also dedicated to helping those with Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia by providing education to increase awareness about the conditions.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as the owner of a home health, elder, respite care, and assisted living facility in Bedford, New Hampshire, I invite you to contact me. Please visit my website at www.360-shs.com.

Sincerely,

Judy
